巴恩斯迷宮（Barnes Maze）是美國學者Carol ABarnes 利用嚙齒類動物避光喜暗且愛探究的特性而發明的用于檢測動物空間記憶的模型。實驗時將動物置于高臺的中央，通過觀察并記錄實驗動物找到正確洞口的時間，以及進入錯誤洞口的次數來反應動物的空間記憶能力。也可通過記錄動物重復進入錯誤的洞口數來測量動物的工作記憶。
